VINIFICATION:

The wine was vinified from low yeild grapes using natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

MATURING:

The wine was aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks & 6 months in neutral Slovanian oak barrels and tonneaux for 18 months. The wine was bottled without filtering.
