Cava Brut Rosado

Raspberry pink colour with plenty of small bubbles rising in elegant streams to form a good head. The wine is clean and aromatic on the nose with ample structure, meaty, balanced, and powerful persistent of natural gas, originating from natural fermentation in the bottle.

VARIETAL:

100% Garnacha

VINIFICATION:

Fine still wines are fermented and left to settle for ten months in the silence and darkness of our cellars, kept at the ideal temperature, free from all noise, light and vibrations to ensure a successful cava-production process.

MATURING:

Ageing: minimum 10 months in bottle
