VARIETAL:
Antão Vaz (50 %), Arinto (30 %), Roupeiro (20 %)
VINIFICATION:
Grapes are hand-selected on a selection table and destemmed and crushed through a heat exchange to lower the temperature to 10 °C.
MATURING:
After settling in the cold for 48 hours, the wine will ferment in steel vats at 14 C for 3 weeks.
COMMENTS:
Crisp, fruity and refreshing.
