Ranking at the top of the Bouza Tannat offerings is the Parcela 8. A glorious wine for serious ageing but with real substance and rewarding depths. Dense, firm, and with full fruit impact.

VINIFICATION:

Hand selection of grapes. Maceration during fermentation at 26° C, with pumping over twice a day. Post-maceration with one pigeage a day. Total maceration time is 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in vats.

MATURING:

Aged for ten months in new barrels, medium toasted French oak.
