A modern and elegant Tannat, this wine shows an intense and brilliant ruby color. Complex bouquet of ripened red fruits, coffee, and flowers combined with toast and smoke. On the palate it maintains its complexity and density, with powerful yet soft tannins. A mouth watering and long lasting finish.

VINIFICATION:

Hand selection of grapes. Maceration during fermentation at 26� C, with pumping over twice a day. Post-maceration with one pigeage a day. Total maceration time is 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in vats.

MATURING:

Aged for ten months in new barrels, medium toasted French oak.
