L'Esprit de Provence Blanc, 2010

Pale yellow with hints of bright green. The nose is complex and is expressed with hints of exotic fruits, white flowers and then moves on mineral notes and spice. On the palate, the attack is round with a nice freshness. A great fruit intensity gives the wine a crisp sensation that lingers on the finish.

85% vermintino, 15% semillon

Le Grand Cros is a family estate situated in the heart of AOC Côtes de Provence, the world capital of dry rosés. This estate was one of the first to produce sparkling rosés made in the traditional method. Grand Cros is one of the most technically innovative estates in southern France from computer models for disease control to advanced infrared measurements for determining grape ripeness.
