A bright truly yellow color. The nose conveys exotic pineapple and grapefruit aromas with hints of linden-tree, honey and mint in the background. The mouth offers a delightful balance that is both fresh and rounded with a very pleasant fruity finish.

70% chardonnay 30% vermentino
Cold skin contact maceration; pressing with separation of free-run juice from pressed must, cold static must settling; temperature control of fermentation at 14-15 C, blockage of malolactic fermentation.
Matured on the lees in vat for 5 months with batonnage. Fining and clarification then blending, filtration and bottling.
