This wine uncovers its complexity through the subtle aromas of red berries along side some citrus notes while bursting with juicy flavors on the palate.

VARIETAL:
30% grenache, 30% cinsault, 30% syrah, 10% tibouren
VINIFICATION:
Each grape variety in this blend is vinified separately. 40% of the wine is matured on the lees for 5 months with batonnage while 60% is fined and clarified early. Both are filtered before being blended and bottled.
MATURING:
Fining and early clarification; filtration; blending after tasting; bottled in the spring after further filtration.
