The Sauvignon Blanc grapes used in this wine are grown on the estate’s oldest vines, the youngest being 40 years old. Not only do these vines provide structure and power to the wine, but they also contribute to the elegance and finesse of the wine.

This wine is made up of a blend of tank-aged and barrel-aged wine. 70-80% in stainless steel. 20-30% in 400-litre oak barrels
