This “C.M." cuvée is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in varying types of soil. Caillottes which gives the wine its floral and fruity notes, as well as lightness and freshness. The Kimmeridgian marls on the other hand, provide structure and richness, giving this wine a surprising complexity.
